Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On June 12, 2013, American Capital Agency Corp. (the "Company") will make a presentation at the Morgan Stanley Financials Conference in New York, NY. The presentation slides to be used (the "Presentation") are being filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and are incorporated herein by reference.
