Item 8.01 Other Events.

On June 10, 2013, Chemtura Corporation issued a press release announcing that it had commenced a conditional cash tender offer and consent solicitation for any and all of its $455,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 7.875% Senior Notes due 2018 (CUSIP No. 163893 AC4). A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
