On June 7, 2013, Connecticut Natural Gas Corporation, a subsidiary of UIL Holdings Corporation (NYSE:UIL), filed a Notice of Intent with the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority stating that it will be requesting an increase to its natural gas distribution rate.
A copy of the Notice of Intent is attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein as Exhibit 99.1.
