Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On June 5, 2013, the Company announced that it was conducting a Webinar Event on Thursday, 6th of June at 1pm EDT. Participants on the webinar will be USPR CEO, Mr. Jerry Pane, Plasma Arc CEO, Mr. Barry Schneer and Professor Edgar Choueiri, Director of Princeton University's program in Engineering Physics.
The webinar event occurred on June 6, 2013. Mr. John LeuFray, Chief Technical Officer of Plasma Arc, attended in place of Mr. Barry Schneer, and Mr. John Gildea, a USPR director, also was a participant. The webinar can be seen and heard at the following link:
