Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On June 7, 2013, RadioShack Corporation (the “Company”) announced that Ms. Sharon Stufflebeme, the Company’s Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer, resigned to pursue other interests. Ms. Stufflebeme’s duties will be temporarily assumed by various members of the Company’s management while the Company commences a search for a replacement. Ms. Stufflebeme’s last day with the Company will be June 7, 2013.
