On June 7, 2013, Clean Coal Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that, owing to a change of employment that requires it, Director Ivy Santoso resigned from the board of directors of the Company (the “Board”) effective as of May 31, 2013. Ms. Santoso’s resignation is not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
