Item 8.01. Other Events
On May 31, 2013, Glacier Bancorp, Inc., Kalispell, Montana announced the completion of the acquisition of Wheatland Bankshares, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary, First State Bank. The former branches of First State Bank will continue to operate as a division of Glacier Bank, under the name “First State Bank, a division of Glacier Bank.”
