Item 8.01 Other Events.
True Drinks Holdings, Inc. (the "Company") today announced the appointment of Kevin Sherman as the Company's Chief Marketing Officer. Mr. Sherman previously served as the Vice President of Marketing for the Company, and the Vice President of Strategy and Network Development and President of Retail for Bazi, Inc.
A copy of the press release announcing Mr. Sherman's appointment is attached to this Curent Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
