ITEM 7.01. REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE
On April 9, 2013, John Brown, the Chief Executive Officer of Zion Oil & Gas, Inc. (the "Company") sent an informative letter regarding the Company’s new Direct Stock Purchase Plan to its Company's shareholders and other persons listed on the Company’s database addressing recent investment opportunities.
