On April 3, 2013, Mr. William Jin resigned as a director of our company. Mr. Jin is Senior Vice President Investments of Covington Capital, a venture capital investment company and became a director of our company on October 1, 2008. We express our gratitude and recognition to Mr. Jin for his valuable service to the board and our company.
