On April 1, 2013, the Board of Directors (the "Board") of The KEYW Holding Corporation (the "Company") elected Deborah A. Bonanni to the Board. Ms. Bonanni is expected to be appointed to the Governance Committee of the Board.
A copy of the Company's press release announcing Ms. Bonanni's election is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report.
