Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
Industrial Income Trust Inc. (the “Company”) is providing certain information in a supplemental document titled “Fourth Quarter 2012 Supplemental Reporting Package” (the “Supplemental Reporting Package”), which sets forth information regarding the Company’s results of operations and financial performance for the quarter ended December 31, 2012. The Supplemental Reporting Package supplements and should be read in conjunction with the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) on March 6, 2013. The Supplemental Reporting Package will be made available on the Company’s website (www.industrialincome.com) and is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K. The information in this Item 2.02 and the attached Exhibit 99.1 is deemed to have been furnished and shall not be deemed to be “filed” under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
