Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On March 27, 2013, Accellent Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company's financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2012. The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report and is incorporated by reference in this Item 2.02.
