SECTION 5. Corporate Governance and Management
Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Effective as of January 18, 2013, Mr. Jacobo Melcer resigned all positions with the Company, including Interim Chairman of the Board and Interim Chief Executive Officer of iTrackr Systems, Inc. Mr. Melcer's resignation was not due to any disagreements between him and the Company.
Effective as of March 18, 2013, Mr. Michael Uhl resigned all positions with the Company, including Director of iTrackr Systems, Inc. Mr. Uhl's resignation was not due to any disagreements between him and the Company.
Effective as of March 22, 2013, Mr. Justin Frere resigned all positions with the Company, including Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of iTrackr Systems, Inc. Mr. Frere's resignation was not due to any disagreements between him and the Company.
