Resignation of Akram Baker as a Member of the Board of Directors
Akram Baker has resigned as a Member of the Board of Directors of CIG Wireless Corp. (the “Company”), effective as of March 22, 2013. Mr. Baker has not expressed any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
