On March 4, 2013, David Day, ReachLocal, Inc.’s chief accounting officer and principal accounting officer, tendered his resignation effective March 20, 2013, subsequent to the filing of the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for 2012. Mr. Day plans to take a position with a private company. ReachLocal is initiating a search for a new chief accounting officer. Until a new chief accounting officer is hired, Ross Landsbaum, ReachLocal’s chief financial officer, will assume Mr. Day’s responsibilities.
