On March 6, 2013, GulfMark Offshore, Inc.(the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that on March 6, 2013, the Board of Directors of the Company declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per share on the Company’s Class A common stock payable on March 28, 2013 to stockholders of record on March 18, 2013. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
