On February 28, 2013, American Realty Capital Properties, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release and quarterly supplemental financial information attached hereto as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively, announcing its results of operations for the fiscal year and quarter ended December 31, 2012, as applicable.
