Change to compensation of named executive officers
On February 25, 2013 the Company's Compensation Committee (“the Committee”) approved an increase in the base salary of Mr. Robert Gale, the Company's chief accounting officer and executive director of control and tax, from £205,000 to £215,000 per annum. This salary increase is effective as of April 1, 2013.
