The board of directors of M/I Homes, Inc. (the “Company”) has determined that the Company will pay the quarterly dividend on its 9.75% Series A Preferred Shares for the second quarter of 2013. Such dividend will be payable on June 15, 2013 to holders of record of such shares on June 1, 2013.
