Updated Share Price
KBS Legacy Partners Apartment REIT, Inc. (the “Company”) previously announced its intent to implement an updated primary offering selling price for new purchases of common stock in the Company’s current offering on February 27, 2013. However, as a result of severe weather conditions that have impacted the operations of the Company’s transfer agent, the Company has made a determination to delay the announcement and implementation of an updated share price to March 4, 2013.
