Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 22, 2013, Analysts International Corporation will host a conference call at 10 a.m. CT to discuss the fourth quarter, fiscal year 2012 financial results and the outlook for 2013. The script of the prepared remarks expected to be made during that call is set forth in Exhibit 99.1 attached hereto and is incorporated in this Report as if fully set forth herein.
