Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On February 20, 2013, Superior Energy Services, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it realigned its segment reporting and that it posted certain information regarding the new financial reporting structure, including a recast of its historical data, on its website www.superiorenergy.com.
A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
