Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 8, 2013, Viasystems Group, Inc. (“Viasystems”) issued a press release announcing Viasystems’ fourth quarter 2012 results conference call to be held on February 15, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
On February 15, 2013, Viasystems issued a press release announcing Viasystems’ fourth quarter 2012 results (the “Press Release”). A copy of the Press Release is attached as an exhibit hereto.
