AUSTIN, TEXAS February 15, 2013 — Mesa Royalty Trust (NYSE symbol-MTR) announced the Trust income distribution for the month of February 2013. Unitholders of record on February 28, 2013 will receive distributions amounting to $ 0.189208585 per unit payable on April 30, 2013. The Trust received $169,613 and $78,170 from the New Mexico and Colorado portions of the San Juan Basin Properties. Royalty income from the Hugoton Properties totaled $116,267.
