Item 5.03 AMENDMENT TO ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION OR BYLAWS.
On January 14, 2013, Treaty Energy Corporation (the “Company”) amended its Articles of Incorporation to increase the total number of authorized shares of common stock to 1,250,000,000. The Company also has 50,000,000 shares of preferred stock authorized. The certificate of amendment filed with the State of Nevada is incorporated herein and filed as Exhibit 5.3.
