(b) On February 5, 2013, David P. Sproat resigned as President of the Patterson Medical Unit of Patterson Companies, Inc. effective February 15, 2013. Scott P. Anderson, the Chief Executive Officer of Patterson Companies, Inc. will assume the leadership of the medical business on an interim basis. A press release announcing Mr. Sproat’s resignation, dated February 8, 2013, is furnished as Exhibit 99 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
