Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On January 31, 2013, Mustafa Yavuz resigned from his position as Chief Operating Officer of the Company. Mr. Yavuz’s resignation is effective as of January 31, 2013, and the Company does not anticipate appointing a new Chief Operating Officer.
On February 4, 2013, the Company issued a press release announcing the resignation of Mr. Yavuz. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
