Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On February 5, 2013, Inergy Midstream, L.P. (the “Partnership”) issued a press release, which reports the Partnership’s result of operations for the quarter ended December 31, 2012, the first quarter of fiscal 2013. The press release is included herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
