On January 29, 2013 the Board of Directors of Competitive Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) appointed Carl O’Connell to the Board of Directors.
On January 29, 2013, Richard D. Hornidge, Jr. resigned as a director of the Company. The Company has provided Mr. Hornidge with a copy of this disclosure and given Mr. Hornidge an opportunity to comment on it, and Mr. Hornidge has declined to do so. Any correspondence provided by Mr. Hornidge to the Company with respect to this disclosure will be filed via amendment hereto.
