Item 8.01 Other Events.
Mr. Christopher Ladd, Executive Vice President, Chief Digital Officer, has resigned from the Company effective February 1, 2013. Mr. Ladd joined the Company in 2011. The Company is conducting a search for Mr. Ladd’s successor.
