In accordance with our Corporate Governance Guidelines, David J. Tippeconnic retired from the Board of Directors of ONEOK, Inc. (ONEOK) effective January 30, 2013, Mr. Tippeconnic’s 73rd birthday. Upon Mr. Tippeconnic’s retirement from ONEOK’s Board of Directors, the number of members of ONEOK’s Board of Directors was reduced to 11 from 12.
