On January 31, 2013, the Company announced that Anytone renewed its agreement with New Trent Inc. ("New Trent") to manufacture New Trent’s products to be sold in the U.S. and U.K. in 2013. A copy of the press release is being filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.
