(b) On January 29, 2013, Jonathan Berg voluntarily resigned from the Board of Directors of International Tower Hill Mines Ltd. (the “Company”).
Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
ITH announced the Mr. Berg’s resignation in a press release on January 30, 2013. The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
