Under the dates of September 26, 2012 and September 3, 2011, I reported on the financial statements of Berry Only Inc. as of June 30, 2012 and 2011, and for the years ended June 30, 2012 and 2011 and for the period from June 24, 2009 (inception) to June 30, 2012.

Effective January 25, 2013 I was dismissed as the independent registered public accounting firm.
