On January 28, 2013, Northfield Bank, the wholly owned subsidiary of Northfield Bancorp, Inc. approved an Addendum to the employment agreement with Steven M. Klein, who was appointed President effective February 1, 2013. The Addendum to the agreement is filed as an exhibit to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
