On January 29, 2013, Penn Virginia Corporation issued a press release announcing its year-end 2012 proved oil and gas reserves and providing an update of its operations, including full-year and fourth quarter 2012 operational results. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
