The Company issued a press release on January 29, 2013 announcing that its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, John F. Brock, and Chief Financial Officer, Bill Douglas, will present at the Consumer Analyst Group of New York Conference on Wednesday, February 20, 2013. The Company also announced that it will present at the Consumer Analyst Group of Europe Conference in London on Monday, March 18, 2013. Both presentations will be webcast live on the Company’s website. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
