On January 24, 2013, Response Biomedical Corp issued a press release announcing that it has entered into a nonexclusive distribution agreement with Fisher HealthCare, a subsidiary of Thermo Fisher Scientific L.L.C., to distribute its Infectious Disease portfolio of RAMP® products in the U.S. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K..
