Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On January 24, 2013, Lakeland Bancorp, Inc. ("Company") disseminated a press release reporting fourth quarter results for the period ended December 31, 2012. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
Item 8.01. Other Events.
In the press release referred to in Item 2.02, the Company reported the following events. On January 9, 2013, the Company declared a $0.07 cash dividend per common share payable on February 15, 2013 to shareholders of record at the close of business January 31, 2013.
