Item 8.01                                           Other Events.

On January 23, 2013, FedFirst Financial Corporation (the “Company”) announced that the Company’s Board of Directors approved a new program to repurchase up to 254,000 shares of the Company’s outstanding common stock, which is approximately 10% of the outstanding shares.  The Company also announced their annual meeting will be held on May 23, 2013.
