On January 23, 2013 CNS Response, Inc. (the “Company”) received a memorandum from the Commander, Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (“WRNMMC”). The memorandum officially confirms the approval on November 30, 2012, by the WRNMMC Institutional Review Board of the Company’s protocol to conduct a clinical trial. The project title of the clinical trial is “Use of PEER Interactive to inform the prescription of psychotropic medications to patients with behavioral disorders.”
