ITEM 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On January 22, 2013, Parkway Properties, Inc. (“Parkway” or the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its preliminary leasing results for the quarter ended December 31, 2012, updating its 2012 funds from operations outlook and providing its outlook for funds from operations for 2013. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
On January 23, 2013, Parkway will conduct an investor presentation at 9:30 a.m. Eastern Time.
The information furnished to the SEC pursuant to this item is furnished in connection with the public release of information in the Company’s press release on January 22, 2013 and in the Company's January 23, 2012 investor presentation.
