Item 8.01. Other Events
On January 17, 2013, OSI Systems, Inc. issued a press release announcing that Rapiscan Systems, its Security division, had reached an agreement with the U.S. Transportation Security Administration (TSA) regarding the Rapiscan Secure 1000SP Advanced Imaging Technology (AIT) systems and Automated Target Recognition (ATR) software.
A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
