Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On January 14, 2013, TranS1 Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release to report its preliminary unaudited revenue for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2012. The release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by this reference.
