Item 8.01 Other Events.
On January 16, 2013, the Company announced a cash dividend of $0.07 per share of the Company's common stock. This represents a $0.01 per share or 16.7% increase over the previous dividend paid by the Company. The cash dividend will be payable on March 18, 2013 to shareholders of record as of March 1, 2013.
Information regarding the dividend is included in the copy of the press release issued on January 16, 2013 and attached to this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
