On January 16, 2013, EPR Properties and Empire Resorts, Inc. issued a press release announcing the Town of Thompson Town Board’s approval of their comprehensive development plan, SEQRA findings and the planned resort development text amendments for the site of the former Concord Resort. A copy of such press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
