Effective January 14, 2013, Katherine Hargrove Ramundo was appointed to the position of Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of ANN INC. Ms. Ramundo joins ANN INC. after fifteen years at Colgate-Palmolive Company where she most recently served as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Secretary.
