On January 14, 2013 hhgregg, Inc. (the “Registrant”) issued a press release announcing preliminary net sales results for the three months ended December 31, 2012 and updated fiscal 2013 guidance. The Registrant also announced details of its fiscal third quarter conference call. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference into this item.
