On January 14, 2013, the Registrant updated its corporate website to add in a Frequently Asked Questions page. The Company intends to continue to update this page as appropriate to address matters of interest to shareholders of the company. The Frequently Asked Questions page maybe found at http://www.recon.cn/en/in_faq.aspx. The first set of questions has been attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. Future updates will not be filed with the SEC unless and to the extent required.
